About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment and ensuring timely closure of open positions across different departments and locations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with the concerned teams.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and regularly update the recruitment tracker/MIS.
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
Coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities.
Maintain proper recruitment records and candidate databases.




Support bulk hiring and urgent hiring requirements whenever required.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Good understanding of the recruitment process.
Experience in sourcing candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple requirements.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Candidates from Real Estate, BFSI, Consultancy, or other target-driven industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
