Job Description

As a Women Tech Lead in Data Analytics at Bloomfieldx, you will be the primary point of contact between our clients and delivery team — owning client relationships, leading a team of analysts and data scientists, and driving projects from kickoff to closure.

Key Responsibilities

Client Handling

Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, understanding requirements and translating them into actionable data strategies




Manage client expectations proactively — status updates, escalations, and scope discussions
Present findings, dashboards, and recommendations clearly and confidently to clients at all levels
Build long-term client trust through consistent, reliable delivery

Team Handling

Lead, mentor, and manage the day-to-day performance of a team of analysts and data scientists
Allocate work, review output quality, and support skill development within the team
Foster a collaborative, accountable team culture across evening-shift operations
Handle conflict resolution and performance conversations within the team

Project Handling

Own projects end-to-end — planning, execution, tracking, and delivery within timelines and budget
Run sprint planning and agile ceremonies; manage tickets/tasks via ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools
Identify risks early and drive mitigation across cross-functional teams
Ensure data governance, pri
