BE / B.Tech / Diploma candidates from relevant engineering disciplines
Freshers and candidates with limited industrial experience can apply
Basic understanding of electrical/electronic concepts
Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills
Strong interest in PLC programming and Industrial Automation
Willingness to develop practical technical skills
Selection & Training Pathway
Already completed relevant Industrial Automation / PLC training?
Candidates with prior training will undergo a technical skill assessment. Candidates who demonstrate the required technical competency may be considered for direct recruitment.
No prior training or insufficient practical skills?
Candidates who require additional technical preparation will be required to complete the company's Industrial Automation / PLC training program before being considered for the corresponding employment prospect.
After successful completion of the required training and evaluation, eligible candidates will be considered for an employment offer.
