ABOUT ADGRID
AdGrid is an early-stage, stealth-mode AdTech–FinTech company based in Gurugram, building a platform at the intersection of advertising technology and financial infrastructure. We are a small, fast-moving team hiring the people who will help shape the company from the ground up.

ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a Motion Designer to bring our brand and product to life through animation and motion graphics. You will work closely with the founding, marketing, and content teams to turn ideas, static designs, and raw footage into polished, on-brand motion content across social media, product marketing, and internal communication. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning a piece of creative from concept to final render and wants to build a solid portfolio working on projects that go live.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and animate motion graphics for short-form social content, paid campaigns, product explainers, and brand videos.
• Build and maintain a library of templates, transitions, lower thirds, and brand motion elements for repeated use across teams.




• Collaborate with video editors and designers to add animation, titles, and visual effects that keep content on brand and easy to follow.
• Translate static designs, briefs, and rough references into clear, well-paced motion sequences.
• Storyboard and previsualize concepts before moving into full animation, so feedback happens early and cheaply.
• Own file structure and version control for motion projects, assets, and exports, so work can be found and reused.
• Track what performs on each platform and bring that back into how the next piece of motion content is made.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• A strong showreel or portfolio. Personal, freelance, college, and social-media projects all count, provided the work is genuinely yours.
• Strong command of After Effects, with working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop; exposure to
Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D tools is a plus.
