Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and production-grade ML systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy ML/AI models.
* Build end-to-end ML pipelines and integrate models into production applications.
* Work on Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, and AI agents.
* Optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
* Implement MLOps practices including CI/CD, model monitoring, and versioning.
* Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.




Required Skills
* 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience.
* Solid Python skills.
* Experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy.
* Strong understanding of ML/DL algorithms and statistics.
* Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
* Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow.
* Good SQL and software engineering skills.
Good to Have
* Experience with LangChain/LlamaIndex.
* LLM fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA).
* Experience with AI Agents, Computer Vision, or Multimodal AI.
