The Context
At Airtribe, Business Development is not about pushing sales. It is about helping working professionals make the right career decisions. As we scale, the volume of learners and conversations increases, but maintaining trust, clarity, and quality in each interaction becomes harder.



This role exists to ensure that every learner interaction is thoughtful, consultative, and outcome-driven, not transactional.

The Role
As a Business Development Associate, you will work closely with learners to understand their goals and guide them toward the right programs. You will own the journey from the first conversation to final enrolment, ensuring clarity, trust, and a strong learner experience throughout. This is a role built for people who are early in their careers and hungry to grow fast. We will give you the training, the environment, and the support. What we are looking for is the drive to make it count.

What You'll Own
End-to-end learner conversations from first touchpoint to enrollment
Understanding learner goals and guiding them with clarity and empathy
Follow-ups, objection handling, and decision support
Maintaining quality and consistency across all interactions
Accurate documentation of conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes
