Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the market presence, developing and managing the distributor and dealer network, and achieving the assigned business targets across Kerala. The role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, relationship-building skills,



and the ability to develop new business opportunities.

The candidate will be responsible for strengthening the company’s presence among distributors, dealers, fabricators, architects, builders, contractors, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
Drive sales growth and increase market penetration across Kerala.
Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, fabricators, and other channel partners.
Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned region.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key customers, architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and other industry stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements and provide regular market feedback to management.
