Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically capable Maintenance Head to manage and lead the mechanical maintenance function of the manufacturing plant. The position will be responsible for ensuring machine reliability, preventive maintenance, breakdown management, maintenance planning,



electrical maintenance, electrical reliability and continuous improvement to support smooth and uninterrupted production.

Roles & Responsibilities

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

Develop, plan, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all mechanical machinery and equipment.
Ensure timely inspection, servicing, lubrication, alignment, and maintenance of machines to minimize unexpected breakdowns and downtime.

Machinery & Equipment Management

Monitor the performance, condition, and reliability of all production machinery and mechanical equipment.
Ensure proper installation, commissioning, alignment, and functioning of machines as per company standards.
Maintain equipment history and identify machines requiring repair, modification, or replacement.

Breakdown Management & Troubleshooting

Respond promptly to mechanical breakdowns and ensure effective troubleshooting and restoration of eq
