Purpose of the role:
The Business Manager, Chief Operating Officer Centre of Excellence supports effective execution of third-party risk, cost management, business continuity, incident management and other non-financial risk activities. The role ensures accurate and timely completion of activities,



with appropriate governance, monitoring and escalation of any deficiencies.
In this role, you will:

Execute activities related to third-party risk, cost management, business continuity and other non-financial risks, ensuring all activities are completed accurately and on time, with any deficiencies escalated as appropriate.
Understand and manage risks associated with the delivery service(s) and engagement(s).
Drive non-financial risk activities while collaborating with colleagues within and outside Financial Services and Global Executive Committee.
Ensure regular ongoing monitoring of delivery service(s) and engagement(s), and review associated documentation in line with governance and escalation requirements.
Identify, track and address control deficiencies and performance issues, ensuring remediation activities are completed with timely follow-up.
