Role Description
The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless HR service delivery, and maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The role requires strong attention to detail, process orientation, and the ability to handle multiple HR processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes




Coordinate and execute new hire onboarding, documentation, and induction
Ensure smooth offboarding, including full and final settlements and exit documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems
HR Operations & Administration
Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries
Maintain employee databases and HRMS systems (e.g., attendance, leave, timesheets)
Support payroll inputs and coordinate with finance/payroll teams
Ensure timely processing of HR transactions and updates
Documentation & Compliance
Manage employee documentation including offer letters, contracts, amendments, and policy acknowledgements
Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements
Maintain audit-ready documentation and records
Support HR audits and compliance checks
Policies & Process Management
Implement and communicate HR policies and standard operating procedures
