RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and manage the Two Wheeler Finance-Collection department, overseeing
collection activities and strategies.
* Ensure timely and productive recovery of loan payments, implementing effective
collection processes.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering a positive
and collaborative environment.
* Monitor and analyze collection performance, identifying areas for improvement
and implementing strategies to enhance recovery rates.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the collection team, ensuring a motivated
and high-performing workforce.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to align
collection efforts with business objectives.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collection management,
implementing innovative approaches when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS
