As the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire credit

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead and manage the LAP Credit department, providing strategic direction and
oversight.
* Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure compliance and
minimize risk.
* Review and approve LAP loan applications, conducting thorough credit
assessments.
* Monitor and analyze credit performance, identifying trends and areas for
improvement.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their

customer satisfaction.
