Job Purpose The Store Keeper will be responsible for managing material inventory, procurement tracking, store operations, documentation, and site-related store activities. The role will ensure proper receipt, storage, issue, usage, and record-keeping of materials while maintaining accurate site and manpower records.

Key Responsibilities

Store & Inventory Management
Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations at the project site.
Maintain accurate records of materials received, stored, issued, and utilized.
Ensure proper storage and maintenance of materials at the site.
Monitor material usage and ensure effective inventory control.

Procurement & Material Tracking
Track all procurement activities and material deliveries.
Coordinate and maintain records related to material purchases and receipts.
Monitor material availability and highlight shortages or requirements to seniors.

Documentation & Records
Maintain proper filing, registers, issue records, and inventory documentation.
Update store and site-related information using a computer/PC.
Prepare and maintain regular inventory and store reports for senior management.




Ensure all store-related records are accurate and up to date.

Site & Manpower Coordination
Monitor the presence and working timings of personnel at the site.
Maintain relevant attendance/presence records as required.
Coordinate with site teams regarding material requirements and daily store activities.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
8 10 years of relevant experience in store/inventory management, preferably in a site or project workplace.
Robust experience in material and inventory control.
Positive knowledge of procurement tracking, documentation, and register maintenance.
Comfortable working on a computer for store operations and reporting.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams and senior management.
