Drive store sales and achieve monthly/annual targets.
Lead, manage, and motivate the retail team to achieve individual and store targets.
Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards.
Monitor sales performance, conversion, ABV, productivity, and customer retention.
Handle VIP, premium, bridal, and high-value customers.
Drive lead generation, follow-ups, repeat business, and customer relationships.
Ensure effective product presentation, VM, stock availability, and store upkeep.
Manage staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and adherence to SOPs.
Coordinate with HR, VM, Operations, Alteration, and HO teams for smooth store functioning.
Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
Take ownership of overall store profitability, performance, and team productivity.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
