Lead the technical and valuation operations of the Zirakpur branch.
Review and approve property valuation and technical reports for accuracy, quality and compliance.
Supervise site inspections, measurements, documentation and technical assessments.
Guide and manage the team of engineers/valuers and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Handle technical queries and coordination with banks, NBFCs and other clients.
Ensure adherence to applicable valuation standards, client guidelines and internal policies.
Review complex/high-value cases and resolve technical issues.
Monitor TAT, report quality and team performance.
Provide local market intelligence and technical inputs to management.
Support the branch in developing and maintaining relationships with existing and recent clients.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
