Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive technical direction, architecture, project delivery, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical planning, architecture, and design of projects.
Provide technical direction, guidance, and mentorship to the development team.
Review technical solutions, code quality, and development practices.
Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely completion.
Drive technical decisions and recommend the right technology stack and solutions for different project requirements.
Drive best practices around system architecture, design patterns, and scalability.




Follow Agile methodology and actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify and resolve complex technical challenges and support the team in decision-making.

Required Skills
5+ years of experience in software development, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
Robust knowledge of Python, AWS, MongoDB, and MERN Stack.
Experience in team handling and client management.
Solid understanding of Agile methodology.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
