Technical Service Engineer – Electronics

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Service Engineer – Electronics to handle troubleshooting, repair, testing, and maintenance of Cautio’s cameras and electronic devices. The role requires solid hands-on expertise in PCB-level troubleshooting and repair.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair cameras and electronic devices.
Perform PCB-level troubleshooting, component replacement, soldering, and rework.
Identify faults in electronic circuits, power supplies, sensors, and connectivity modules.
Test repaired devices using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electronic testing equipment.
Perform quality checks and ensure repaired devices meet required standards.
Maintain repair records and document recurring technical issues.




Coordinate with technical and operations teams to resolve device-related issues.

Requirements
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, ECE, or a related field.
PCB troubleshooting and repair experience is mandatory.
Solid knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and testing methods.
Hands-on experience in soldering, desoldering, and component-level repair.
Experience with CCTV cameras, dash cameras, IoT devices, or similar electronic products is preferred.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle hands-on technical repairs.

Pay: Up to ₹26,000.00 per month
