Technical Presales Consultant

We are looking for a Technical Presales Consultant with 1–3 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role. Candidates with experience in Cloud, IT Services, SaaS, Software, or Technology solutions are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer requirements and business challenges.
Work closely with the sales team to develop suitable technical solutions.
Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions.
Prepare technical proposals, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documents.
Conduct product/solution demonstrations and support POCs.
Explain technical solutions and value propositions to customers.
Coordinate with technical, delivery, and sales teams during the presales process.




Support solution estimation, effort assessment, and proposal preparation.
Assist in responding to customer queries and requirements.
Support the sales team throughout the opportunity lifecycle, from requirement gathering to closure.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Technical Presales / Presales / Solution Consulting.
Exposure to Cloud, IT Services, SaaS, Software, or other technology solutions.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Valuable understanding of customer requirements and solution positioning.
Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
Robust interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
