Position: Software Technical Product Owner

Experience: Minimum 5+ years

Key Responsibilities
Define product strategy, roadmap, priorities and business outcomes with Product Managers and stakeholders.
Own and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business value, technical debt and compliance requirements.
Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and testable technical requirements.
Ensure backlog readiness and adherence to the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, Quality and Technical Documentation teams.
Analyze customer feedback, product insights, risks and dependencies.
Resolve delivery impediments and effectively manage product trade-offs.
Communicate product vision, roadmap, progress and outcomes to stakeholders.




Drive Agile collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required and Preferred Skills
5+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience in software products.
Robust backlog management, user-story writing and acceptance-criteria experience.
Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum and/or Secure.
Solid understanding of software engineering and development practices.
Experience working with Engineering, UX/UI, QA and documentation teams.
Product Owner, Scrum or Agile certification is preferred.
Experience in medical devices, healthcare, biotechnology, life sciences or another regulated industry is highly preferred.
Knowledge of GMP, QMS, documentation practices and 21 CFR Part 11 is preferred.
Understanding of cybersecurity requirements is an added advantage.
