Role Purpose: To manage end-to-end recruitment across outlet, kitchen, and corporate roles, building a robust and reliable talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for outlet, kitchen, and corporate roles.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and local hiring channels.
Screen, interview, and coordinate hiring decisions with department heads.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for future openings.
Ensure a smooth, respectful candidate experience.
Track hiring metrics and improve time-to-fill.

Time-to-Fill
Offer Acceptance Rate
Candidate Experience Feedback
Pipeline Strength (open roles vs. active candidates)

Qualifications:
Prior experience in talent acquisition, preferably in F&B;, retail, or hospitality.
Solid sourcing, interviewing, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
