Technical Support Agent

Location: Rohini, Delhi

Salary: Up to ₹33,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred

Working Days: 5 days a week

Shift: Rotational shifts, including night shifts

Key Responsibilities
Assist international customers through calls, live chat, and other communication channels.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
Identify customer needs and, where applicable, convert inquiries into sales.

Key Requirements
Valuable computer knowledge and comfortable working with web-based tools.
Familiarity with Slack, cPanel, and WHM will be preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
Comfortable handling calls from international customers.
Solid customer service and sales skills.




Positive problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to understand customer needs and effectively convert inquiries into sales.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, customer support, sales, live chat, or a related profile is preferred.
Prior experience in web hosting will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in web hosting, technical support, live chat, international customer support, or sales will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹33,000.00 per month
