Jobs and Duties of Architects

DESIGN
Conduct research on recent Building materials for the projects and be up to date with the current market trends.
Create meshes and Views for design and co ordinate with Rendering team
Interior design project presentation and finalization with the client
Creating mood boards and material specifications and detailing with client during initial discussion stages.
Research on current and cutting-edge presentation techniques.
Designing and detailing projects with materials specifications.
Working hours without time limit.

MANAGEMENT
Tickets solving must be done at least three times on daily basis on the Web app as well as mobile app.
Co ordination with all clients and be up to date on the status of every project.
Total project co ordination as Project Architect
Proper documentation of every project. (Government documents, drawings, official etc.)
Out of office presentations.




Co ordination with consultants.
Project status updating with Accounts department.
Co-ordination during BOQ finalization.
Co ordinating with drafting section for required drawings.
Organize and lead Design Team.
Arrange Innovative programs for team building.
Organize recreational events for office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
