Position: Sales Executive

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Reporting To: Showroom Manager / Branch Manager

Job Purpose The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling showroom customers, identifying their requirements, demonstrating LIBAN products, closing sales, and carrying out disciplined follow-up of enquiries.

The role requires robust customer-service behaviour, product learning, and consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement
Welcome every showroom customer professionally.
Understand mattress size, comfort requirement, budget, and usage.
Ask appropriate questions before recommending a product.
Maintain a friendly and helpful customer experience.





Product Selling
Learn LIBAN mattress products and specifications.
Demonstrate suitable products.
Explain differences between various mattress models.
Communicate price, warranty, comfort, material, and perks clearly.
Promote suitable accessories and complementary products.

Sales
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Encourage genuine customers towards purchase decisions.
Handle basic customer objections.
Maintain discipline while discussing discounts.
Escalate special pricing requirements to the manager.

Follow-Up Management
Record all reliable enquiries.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
