Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic and strategic Growth Lead to drive business growth, demand generation, brand visibility, and revenue expansion for Softobiz technology services and solution offerings. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in IT services growth, enterprise sales enablement, digital marketing, and GTM strategy execution.

The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Delivery, Leadership, and Marketing teams to generate qualified opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen Softobiz's market presence across target geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Demand Generation

Define and execute growth strategies aligned with Softobiz's business objectives.
Build and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
Drive inbound and outbound lead generation initiatives targeting enterprise clients.
Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for strategic accounts.




Create scalable growth frameworks to improve customer acquisition and conversion rates.
Pipeline & Revenue Growth

Partner with Sales teams to generate qualified opportunities and revenue pipeline.
Support proposal development, solution positioning, and GTM initiatives.
Identify recent market opportunities, industry segments, and customer personas.
Establish partnerships, alliances, and referral channels that accelerate business growth.
Brand & Market Positioning

Strengthen Softobiz's employer and business brand across digital platforms.
Collaborate on thought leadership initiatives, webinars, case studies, and industry events.
Develop messaging and value propositions for technology services and solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Performance Marketing & Analytics

Manage digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and industry platforms.
Track MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI metrics.
