We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into customers.

Freshers with valuable communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the leads provided.
Explain the company's products/services clearly and confidently.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely closure.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Coordinate with the sales/team leader for lead conversion and closure.
Maintain a positive and skilled approach while interacting with customers.

Requirements




Fresher to 2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer service.
Positive verbal communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and WhatsApp.
Ability to convince and influence customers.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and consistently follow up with prospects.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Education 12th Pass / Graduate from any recognized board or university.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
