Technical Project Manager:

Key Responsibilities
Own project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery from initiation through closure.
Define project scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
Work closely with tech teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project priorities.
Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks and escalate issues when required.
Manage changes to scope, priorities, timelines, and resources.
Ensure adherence to engineering processes, quality standards, security requirements, and organizational policies.
Maintain project documentation, schedules, dashboards, and status reports.




Collaborate with architects and technical leads to understand system dependencies and technical risks.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and team effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in project/program management within a technology setting.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience managing software engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Robust understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, databases, cloud platforms, integrations, and system architecture.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
