Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client needs, campaign goals, and ensure smooth execution with internal teams.
Coordinate and manage PR campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn & digital media platforms.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, and startup teams.
Ensure timely delivery of content and reporting of campaign performance.
Identify prospects to upsell services (cross-platform campaigns, additional features, premium PR placements).
Handle client queries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive client experience.
Work closely with the sales & creative team to bring client campaigns to life.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication & relationship management skills.




Robust understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, digital media).
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Confidence in negotiation & upselling.
Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset. -Prior experience in client servicing, PR, or media management (preferred but not mandatory).

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
