Job Summary

My City Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers/leads, explaining company services, generating leads, handling customer queries, and maintaining regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products, services and offers clearly.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Follow up with interested customers and leads.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide the required information.
Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.




Coordinate with the sales/team members for qualified leads.
Maintain a polite and qualified communication style with customers.

Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Hindi speaking is mandatory; basic English is preferred.
Good listening and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Freshers are welcome; telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.

Qualification 12th Pass / Graduate

Salary & Perks
Fixed Salary: ₹10 k 18k per month
Incentives: Performance-based incentives
Training will be provided.
