About the Role:
The role involves identifying, verifying, and managing commercial property information across Mumbai, ensuring the accuracy of data and supporting the sales team with property-related operations. The position requires a mix of fieldwork, data management, and team collaboration, making it integral to smooth sales & operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Property Sourcing & Verification: Identify and verify commercial properties in Mumbai.
Field Data Collection: Gather accurate property details through on-site and online sources.
Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date property details in the CRM.
Team Collaboration:Regularly update the team with relevant information.
Independent Work:Be able to work independently and efficiently in the field.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with property inspections and other operational

requirements.

Qualifications:




Communication:Should have basic verbal and written communication skills.
Travel Requirements:Must be comfortable visiting multiple locations across Mumbai as per job requirements.
Vehicle Requirement:Must have a bike 2-wheeler / Drivers license (mandatory).
Experience:A minimum of 6 months of experience in any field is preferred.
