Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, and generating leads or sales prospects

Preferred candidate profile
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Explain products/services and provide accurate information to customers.
Understand customer requirements and handle their queries professionally.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Convert leads into potential sales opportunities.




Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and closure.
Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a positive and skilled relationship with customers.

Requirements
Positive English communication skills.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-focused and confident personality.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Freshers who have completed their education can also apply.
Prior telecalling/customer support/sales experience will be an added advantage.
