Role & responsibilities
Handle breakdown/service calls from assigned Caf Coffee Day outlets.
Maintain and repair AC, refrigeration/cooling systems, hot equipment and other caf equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance of machines regularly.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.
Carry out installation, removal (pull-out), and demonstration of equipment.
Usually look after around 810 cafs in an assigned area.
Maintain service reports and update the status of completed work.
Coordinate with caf staff and report to the Assistant Manager/Manager.

Preferred candidate profile
ITI/Diploma holder in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
Has technical/maintenance experience, preferably in commercial equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, or electrical systems.
Valuable at troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
Willing to travel between multiple caf outlets for service calls.
Able to respond quickly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance.
Has positive communication and coordination skills with caf staff.
