Responsibilities:
Client Consultations: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
Space Planning: Develop functional floor plans and layouts that maximize space utilization.
Design Concept Development: Create innovative design concepts, including color palettes, material selections, and furniture arrangements.
3D Rendering: Utilize design software to create realistic 3D renderings to visualize design concepts.
Material Sourcing: Source high-quality materials, finishes, and furnishings from reputable suppliers.
Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
Building Codes and Regulations: Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Post-Project Evaluation: Gather feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
Proven experience in interior design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing your work.




Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial planning.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
