Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tendering Executive to manage the complete tendering and bidding process for government and institutional procurement opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable tenders, preparing technical and commercial bids, coordinating with internal departments, submitting bids within deadlines, and monitoring the tender process through award/order execution.

The role will primarily involve handling government tenders, e-procurement portals, GeM, and Supplies & Disposal Department-related bidding activities.

Key Skills Required




Robust knowledge of government tendering and e-procurement procedures.
Hands-on experience with GeM and government e-tender portals.
Valuable understanding of tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and commercial terms.
Excellent MS Excel and MS Word skills.
Robust documentation and follow-up skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Negotiation and commercial understanding.
Knowledge of GST and basic financial/commercial calculations.
Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Qualification

Education: Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/BBA/Engineering or relevant qualification preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering, government procurement, e-procurement, sales coordination, or business development.
