Job Description: PGT - Physics (Senior Secondary Classes)

Essential Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree in Physics (M.Sc. in Physics or Applied Physics)
B.Ed. - Mandatory
Prior experience teaching Classes XI & XII in a CBSE curriculum workplace
Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching experience at the senior secondary level
Solid conceptual clarity and effective lesson delivery in both theoretical and numerical physics.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:
Proficient in contemporary pedagogical tools and smart classroom technology
Experience in preparing students for board exams and competitive exams (JEE/NEET)
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Ability to engage students using inquiry-based and experiential teaching approaches
Familiarity with NEP-aligned practices and continuous assessment methods

Responsibilities:




Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons aligned with the CBSE syllabus for Grades 11 & 12
Prepare academic plans, teaching aids, and differentiated lesson strategies to support diverse learners
Design and assess assignments, projects, and periodic tests
Maintain accurate records of student performance and share timely feedback
Support academic events, science exhibitions, Olympiads, and enrichment programs
Collaborate with department members for curriculum development and academic planning
Participate actively in parent-teacher meetings and staff development initiatives

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
