Job Title: Education Counselor

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Education Counselor to guide students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The role involves counseling, admissions support, and maintaining robust relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on course selection, career options, and learning pathways
Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
Assist students with the admission and enrollment process
Maintain accurate student records and follow-ups
Coordinate with trainers and academic teams when required
Achieve counseling and enrollment targets
Provide ongoing support to students throughout their learning journey





Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education background preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to counsel, persuade, and build trust with students
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
