We are seeking a growth-oriented Social Media Manager for an in office role who can build and scale

our social media channels through strategic planning, AI-driven execuƟon, and high-impact UGC

content. This role requires close collaboraƟon with internal teams and hands-on daily execuƟon from

the office.

Key ResponsibiliƟes:
Social Media Growth & Channel Management
Own end-to-end management of all social media plaƞorms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X,

Facebook).
Plan and execute growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach.
Track performance metrics and opƟmize content based on data insights.
Content CreaƟon & UGC Strategy




Create and manage UGC-focused content including customer tesƟmonials, factory/office

walkthroughs, team content, and short-form videos.
Coordinate with internal teams and partners to capture authenƟc in office content.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and business objecƟves.
AI Tools & Workflow Efficiency
Use AI tools for content ideaƟon, scripƟng, capƟon wriƟng, hashtag research, and cont

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
