Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced outbound telecalling executive to engage prospective customers through structured calling campaigns. The role involves executing scripted outbound calls, validating customer information, recording call outcomes in CRM systems, and supporting AI voice agent training by ensuring high-quality call data.

This is a hands-on calling role with exposure to next-generation AI-enabled calling platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Execute daily outbound calling campaigns using predictive / auto dialers
Follow structured call scripts and customer engagement workflows
Validate customer details and eligibility during calls
Record call outcomes and notes in CRM / lead management systems
Handle customer objections and drive conversions
Escalate complex queries to supervisors when required




Ensure consent and compliance during customer interactions
Participate in call audits and quality improvement sessions
Support AI training by tagging and classifying call recordings

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of outbound telecalling / inside sales experience
Proven ability to handle high-volume calling campaigns
Experience using dialer software and CRM systems
Robust communication skills in Hindi and English
Ability to follow structured scripts and workflows
Understanding of customer onboarding / lead conversion processes
Basic computer proficiency and documentation skills

Preferred Skills
Experience in multilingual calling (Hindi / Gujarati / Marathi)
Exposure to AI voice bot or automated calling environments
Experience in MSME / B2B customer onboarding calls

Competitive fixed salary + performance incentives

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
