Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and communication-focused Telecaller to handle client communication, understand requirements, explain relevant services and manage follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Make calls to potential and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and provide relevant information.
Explain services clearly and professionally.
Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding client requirements.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups and client interactions.
Ensure a skilled and positive client experience.

Requirements




Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualified approach and client-handling ability.
Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic knowledge of banking or financial services is an advantage.
