Ability to adapt to different learning styles and audience needs.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in using training tools and technologies.

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
Design and develop comprehensive training curriculums aligned with organizational needs and industry best practices.
Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, handouts,



and exercises.

Training Delivery:
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional methods, such as lectures, group discussions, role-playing, and case studies.
Facilitate effective learning experiences by creating a positive and supportive learning setting.
Adapt training content and delivery style to meet the diverse needs of different audiences.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
