Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers, dealers, and business prospects.
Follow up on enquiries, leads, and existing customers.
Explain company products and offers clearly to customers.
Maintain proper records of calls and customer follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
Preferred candidate profile
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Marathi communication will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident and positive attitude.
Freshers can also apply.
Prior telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.
