Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle customer calls, product counselling, follow-ups, and order conversions for our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Explain products, prices, offers, and services to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Follow up with leads and pending orders.
Convert enquiries into successful orders.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain customer and calling records.
Coordinate with the sales/operations team when required.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

Required Skills: Positive communication, convincing ability, customer-handling skills, positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge. Experience in telecalling/e-commerce/sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
