Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive in Kochi to consult homeowners, explain SmartSelect packages, and convert leads into paying customers. You will be the first point of contact, guiding them through designer, contractor, and product choices.

What You’ll Do
Call & engage with inbound leads (ads, campaigns, referrals)
Understand homeowner needs & explain SmartSelect value
Convert leads into customers
Manage leads & pipeline in CRM for smooth closures
Share feedback to improve sales & marketing

What We’re Looking For
Freshers with excellent communication
Solid Malayalam (English is a plus)
Consultative, customer-first sales approach
Target-driven & high ownership mindset

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
