Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, generating leads, explaining products and services, handling customer queries, and following up with prospects to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain the company’s products and services clearly to customers.
Identify customer requirements and provide suitable information.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper communication.
Handle customer queries, objections, and basic concerns professionally.
Schedule appointments, demonstrations, or meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer details.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Update customer and lead information in CRM or other company systems.
Maintain a positive and skilled relationship with customers.

Requirements




Experience: 0–1 year in telecalling, customer support, sales, or a related field.
Freshers from an IT background can also apply.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of computers and MS Office.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Good listening and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work towards targets and deadlines.
Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.
