We are looking for a Malayalam-speaking Telecaller to join our food industry team.
Responsibilities:
Call customers regarding their food orders.
Enquire about order details and confirm customer requirements.
Follow up on orders and provide basic updates.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Coordinate with the operations team when required.
Maintain accurate customer and order information.
Note: This is a non-sales role. There are no sales targets involved. The primary responsibility is to enquire about and coordinate customer orders. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
