Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and follow up on travel enquiries and leads.
Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, and budget.
Explain tour packages, itineraries, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and other travel services.
Follow up with customers regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Handle customer questions professionally and provide accurate information.
Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth customer service.
Build good relationships with customers and provide excellent service.

Requirements
Excellent spoken English and positive communication skills are mandatory.
Fluent in English and knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage
Confident and qualified while speaking with customers.




Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp/email.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Candidates with travel industry experience will be preferred.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills can also apply.
