Key Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving top-line and bottom-line targets for the assigned territory.
Drive market development programs and increase market share.
Appoint and manage distributors and stock points within the territory.
Develop dealer and retailer networks under the appointed distributors.
Ensure trade discipline, product mix delivery, and distribution-related metrics.
Maintain market discipline, coverage norms, and administrative compliance.
Build solid relationships with trade partners, influencers, contractors, dealers, and channel partners.
Conduct negotiations and close business orders effectively.
Prepare sales forecasts and track territory performance regularly.
Execute territory mapping and ensure effective market coverage both directly and through channel partners.
Train and mentor executive trainees to prepare them for future Territory Manager roles.

Experience & Qualification
Experience: 4 to 10 years in Wires/FMEG Sales.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
