Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer enquiries, explaining products/services, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain proper records of customer calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Coordinate with the sales and other departments for customer requirements.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Handle customer objections professionally and resolve basic queries.
Update customer information and call status in CRM/PMS.




Maintain good customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Prepare daily call and follow-up reports for management.

Requirements
Any degree / Diploma / 12th pass.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/PMS is an advantage.
Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
