Job Overview We are seeking a smart, polished, and articulate Inside Sales Specialist to manage high-ticket consultations for our premium luxury product line. In this role, you will hold informative, high-value conversations with inbound leads, guiding them through their purchase journey and closing premium sales entirely over the phone.Key Responsibilities

- Language Proficiency: Must be highly fluent in both English and Hindi to conduct professional, engaging conversations.
- Experience: Proven track record in inside sales, telesales, or handling high-value luxury sales.
- Personality: A mature, confident, and professional demeanor suited for high-net-worth clients.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and convincing skills, rooted in presenting clear facts rather than aggressive pitches.
