Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, generating leads, following up with existing and prospective customers, preparing quotations, and converting enquiries into sales.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in selling technical/industrial products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound enquiries through calls, emails, website enquiries, and other business channels.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products from the company's product range.
- Prepare and share quotations, product details, technical information, and commercial proposals.
- Follow up regularly on enquiries, quotations, and pending orders to improve sales conversion.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchase,



and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion goals.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or Customer Handling preferred.
- Experience in selling technical/industrial products will be an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and convincing skills.
- Customer-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/sales tools.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
