About the Role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who has a strong pulse on the Tamil creator ecosystem.

You will be responsible for finding the right creators for the brand and managing partnerships from first outreach to final delivery.

What You Will Own

- Discover and shortlist Tamil creators across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms
- Identify creators across beauty, lifestyle, fashion, comedy and other categories
- Reach out, pitch and build relationships with creators
- Negotiate rates and close collaborations
- Manage briefs, timelines,



revisions and final content delivery
- Coordinate invoices and payments
- Build and maintain a strong network of Tamil creators

What We Are Looking For

- Strong understanding of the Tamil creator landscape
- Excellent spoken and written Tamil and English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Naturally curious about creators and content
- Highly organised with strong follow-up skills
- Proactive, self-driven and comfortable taking ownership
- Prior influencer marketing or partnerships experience is a plus
